In my journey with the Aesthetic Apprenticeship Collective, I've accumulated over 20 years of experience in the aesthetics industry. Through my firsthand experience, I've recognized the pressing need for apprenticeships and skill training. The inception of AAC in Arizona back in 2015 highlighted the clear necessity for a collective dedicated to supporting aestheticians.
The concept of AAC gained substantial momentum when I showcased it at the Skin Games in Atlanta. It garnered overwhelming support from industry professionals, reinforcing the need for a platform like ours to address the challenges faced by aestheticians nationwide. Since then, my commitment has been unwavering to providing a platform that connects licensed professionals with valuable learning and apprenticeship opportunities.
